Dress Up Your Windows with Pinch Pleated Shears

If the windows in your home are not very attractive because you have plain, straight drapes hanging in them, consider switching to pinch pleated shears. These drapes are also called French pleated or three-fold pleats and they are very traditional in nature.

Even if you have blinds in your windows you can still hang pinch pleated shears by simply adding the panels to the outsides of the windows for a great look and the perfect finishing touch. If you do have blinds installed, you do not necessarily have to add a pair of sheer curtains behind the drapes as the blinds will do a nice job of balancing the look.
